Overview
Our client is looking for a paraprofessional to work on a collaborative team dedicated to supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities, including cognitive impairment and autism. This role involves assisting and supervising students with both academic and non-academic tasks to foster their growth and development.
Location Maywood, IL
Responsibilities Support and supervise students during academic and non-academic activities to promote growth, development, and positive outcomes. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other team members to implement instructional plans and behavior supports as directed.
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Paraprofessional or hold a Sub License through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
Proven experience working with children with special needs
