The

Regional Director of Operations

plays a critical leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and cultural strength across four regional offices. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will be responsible for improving the effectiveness of our field teams, aligning operations across multiple offices, and driving innovation in how we serve customers and support our technicians. This is more than an operations role — it is a chance to

by building processes, culture, and systems that scale. Key Responsibilities

Operations & Oversight

Lead and manage shared service functions including Dispatch, Procurement, Facilities, and Subcontractor Coordination. Oversee customer service processes, Spot & Service workflows, refrigerant tracking, and compliance standards. Standardize policies and procedures across all four offices to ensure consistency in performance and service delivery. Analyze procurement processes across the company to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities. Provide backup support for dispatch operations as needed. Coordinate and lead cross-departmental and Houston-area operational meetings. Field Team Performance & Culture

Partner with location managers to

enhance technician onboarding, productivity, and retention . Design and coordinate training programs, operations meetings, and quarterly technician breakfasts. Create clear career paths and development opportunities for service technicians and support staff. Manage technician incentive and bonus programs that reward excellence and encourage long-term retention. Strengthen communication between the field, office, and customers, ensuring field teams feel supported and empowered. Drive initiatives to

reduce turnover, increase engagement, and build a strong team culture . Oversee safety programs and compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and exceeded. Lead monthly safety meetings and reporting to foster a strong culture of safety. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support annual goals and develop new technical products and services. Identify, implement, and champion process improvements that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC service operations leadership. Strong track record of construction-related project management. Proven ability to create intuitive, innovative solutions to complex operational challenges. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on

coaching, mentoring, and culture-building . Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools. A self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
