Compensation:

$105,000 - $110,000 base, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid PTO, DailyPay, paid training, referral program, hotel discounts, and much more! Responsibilities

Oversee and manage overall financial performance, including revenue management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and purchasing Develop and manage operating budgets in conjunction with subordinate managers and the Director of Operations Ensure compliance with franchise agreements through regular quality inspections and timely reporting Control funds, authorize expenditures, and assist in budget planning for all departments Monitor local market conditions and competitive trends, reporting changes to the Director of Operations Position Qualifications
