Being a member of the Product Management Team, the Associate Director will be responsible for business management activity associated with DTC's Corporate Actions product, including business planning, business development, and transformation activities. Proactively manage relationships with business partners and collaborators across the organization. Manage projects and collaborate with department members, development teams, Enterprise Services, clients, and industry groups. Track and manage Corporate Actions transformation initiative deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on future state product and service capabilities. Participate in annual business planning, volume, revenue forecasts, and pricing reviews. Support the product lifecycle by defining business requirements, supporting testing, and driving launches and maintenance of new and transformed systems and applications. Manage agent billing for all Asset Services Research & Exception Processing Fees. Maintain regular dialogue with Operations and Technology staff, including bi-weekly review meetings. Liaise with Legal, Risk, EAS, and other areas to address issues as they arise. Contribute to customer-facing and internal project communications (Important Notices, FAQs, press releases, newsletter articles, fact sheets). Update and maintain all customer-facing web content for Distributions & Redemptions. Conduct directed research and analysis to support environmental assessment, including macro-economic trends, regulatory changes, customer behavior shifts, etc. Analyze customer satisfaction surveys to measure, monitor, and report on satisfaction. Create business case documentation in accordance with partners; create business requirements and attend grooming sessions with squad members. Identify potential risks to achieving project objectives and escalate when not resolved promptly; mitigate risk by following procedures and monitoring controls. Minimum 4 years of related experience in Corporate Actions, preferably Distributions and/or Redemptions. Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. Talents Needed for Success
Self-starter who can work autonomously while being an energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player. Ability to present information clearly in writing and orally in larger group settings.
