Overview
The responsibilities of this position are related to Sales reporting, including standard business performance reports; calculation of monthly variable compensation payments for the sales force; discount reporting; expense reporting and recording new customers. In addition, this role will be involved in regional financial analysis to produce essential ad hoc information for management to help understand company trends and performance. This role will be hybrid in Brea, CA in office at least 3-days/week and work from 2-days/week. This is subject to change. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate calculation of monthly variable compensation, and related reporting to the salesforce. Assisting in sales forecasting and communication with the salesforce. Assist in creating and maintaining reports for senior management to provide information on company performance. Assist in monthly BEX reporting and the annual budgeting process Assist in month end financial close. Setting up the annual compensation statements, and ensuring that quota is maintained on BI for accurate sales reporting. Provision of detailed sales performance information for focused sales groups – DSO, Institutions, Nobel Procera. Providing the daily bookings report for senior management. Providing information and empowering other users in analytical reporting within finance and the sales (eg: DSO) and marketing functions (eg: KOL, SSC). Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields. 3+ years of financial analysis experience. SAP Business Intelligence (BI- Business Analytics for SAP). Proficient in MS Excel (advanced user). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, Ca. (corporate office). Preferred Skills
Knowledge of variable compensation plans. Proficient in Tableau, a plus. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and complete assignments quickly and accurately. Ability to work cross functionally with Sales teams and other relevant departments. Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans. $90,700 - $136,100 Operating Company
