Director of Supply Chain , they will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our Eustis, FL manufacturing facility. This role oversees production and raw material planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
How will you contribute: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to: Lead a team of 15–20 supply chain professionals in planning, logistics, and warehousing. Drive improvements in procurement, inventory control, and delivery performance. Oversee the S&OP process and implement MRP processes in ERP systems. Build long-term capacity and demand planning strategies. Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, procurement, and customer service to ensure alignment. Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, SQF, GMP, and Food Safety standards. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in manufacturing. ERP / MES / MRP / Shop Manufacturing systems proficiency. APICS or equivalent certification. Work Environment
