The Warehouse Manager will manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, operations, and staff to ensure conformance to established procedures; develops and implements new standard operating procedures (SOP) and practices that improve the effectiveness and financial performance of Fremont operations and supply chain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manages all warehouse activities in support of Fremont manufacturing, Wuxi manufacturing, EMEA operations and North America field service operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping parts, reagents, materials and final Cytek products. Enforces established safety guidelines; promotes a safe workplace, ensures compliance of warehouse staff certifications (e.g., forklift certification). Reviews, analyzes, modifies, and implements efficient department processes, policies, and procedures. Drafts new policies and SOPs as needed. Maintains strict inventory control, owner of inventory accuracy at Fremont main warehouse and external storage locations. Performs semi-annual physical inventories (quarterly if requested), ensures 99%+ inventory accuracy, provides inventory reports. Ensures accurate and timely shipments and daily completion of incoming receipts. Champions 5S and continuous improvement (CI), identifies and implements CI opportunities, maintains an audit-ready warehouse. Maintains accurate records and performance metrics, full accountability of warehouse KPIs. Establishes systems that ensure

Establishes and maintains professional communication with vendors and internal departments. Develops, implements, and monitors department budget; manages expenses within approved budget constraints. Good understanding of ISO 9001 and 13485, responsible for approving and implementing engineering change orders related to materials stored in Fremont and external warehouses. Maintains continuous partnership and collaboration with other Cytek warehouses and distribution centers globally. Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops warehouse staff; manages schedules and workflow, creates the correct org structure for scale up, develops backups for all warehouse functions. Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; ensures staff conforms to policies, procedures, and regulations. Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of warehouse staff; promotes performance recognition and development of future talent. Continuously automate manual warehouse processes and reports. Keeps up to date on team activities, identifies problem areas and takes corrective actions. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent. 8 – 12 years related experience or equivalent. Strong inventory control skills. High proficiency in using NetSuite and Propel business systems. Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating team members, proven leadership and business acumen skills. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator at all levels. Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with changing priorities; ability to handle multiple high-profile projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of various teams and committees (site and global). Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions. Ability to perform the physical labor necessary. Physical Demands And Work Environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs, and occasionally heavier with assistance or mechanical aid. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after proper training and certification, if required.
