Luxury Store Manager – Bachendorf’s Location: Dallas, TX
(NW Dallas near University Park) Salary: $110,000-$125,000 + Bonus (OTE: $120,000-$145,000) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Core Hours: 40 Hours; 10AM – 6:30PM; Off Sundays and 1 day during the week

Oversee store operations including sales associates (6) and inventory management Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training Educate and coach sales associates to enhance sales techniques Maintain a visually appealing, organized store that aligns with the brand's identity Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales associates Meet with clients directly and close sales during busy periods Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement promotional activities Evaluate processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications
5+ years of luxury retail sales experience required Supervisory experience required Strong retail operations background required Ability to work weekends and holidays required
