This role is part of Parametric’s hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week. About The Team The Operations Department at Parametric is comprised of professionals responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the firm’s end-to-end operational processes. The team supports business functions by aligning daily production activities with broader organizational objectives, focusing on post-trade operational activities that deliver scale, efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence. About The Role The Operations Analyst role is a great opportunity for individuals interested in a career in financial operations. This position is part of our Market Operations team supporting key operational processes such as trade settlement of multiple asset types and the reconciliation of client portfolios including cost basis, corporate actions, margin and collateral management. The role offers broad exposure to the operational side of investment management and provides a foundation for future growth in financial operations. It’s well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify processes that may be improved. Locations: Seattle, Boston, Alpharetta. Responsibilities

Identify problems that could delay the timely settlement of trades via trade confirmation review, failed trade reports, and clear communications with portfolio management, trading counterparties and custodians. Perform problem solving via daily cash and position reconciliations between internal systems and custodians (banks, clearing brokers, counterparties). Monitor the impact of corporate actions on client accounts with vendors and custodians (dividends, mergers, stock splits, spin-offs); ensure timely and accurate capture of corporate actions. Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel proficiency. Ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and process-driven with focus on accuracy. Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; effective verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley Salary range for the position: $60,000-$90,000/Yr. Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other offerings.
