Full-Time Compensation
$100,000 - $130,000/year + 15% Annual Bonus Eligibility Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence Influence and motivate individual contributors toward shared goals Apply SPC (Statistical Process Control) and DOE (Design of Experiments) to optimize manufacturing processes Conduct Process Capability Analysis to ensure Six Sigma-level performance during product ramp-up Use Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify and eliminate inefficiencies Interpret and apply statistical data to validate and scale processes Collaborate with R&D and operations to transition new designs into full-scale production Ensure statistical process capability is achieved early in the product lifecycle Lead or contribute to DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) projects from concept to launch Oversee equipment installation, debugging, and continuous improvement Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for engineering projects Troubleshoot automation systems, robotics, PLCs, and HMIs Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in automated manufacturing Experience with Six Sigma Black Belt-level projects (certification not required) Proven ability to apply statistical tools to real-world manufacturing challenges Experience with SPC, DOE, Process Capability Analysis, and VSM Strong leadership in fast-paced, highly automated environments Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70, robotics, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and AutoCAD Benefits
