Director, Employer Marketing - Client Engagement We are seeking a strategic and creative business-to-business marketer who will be responsible for the development and implementation of client engagement programs. The ideal team member will use data and insights to develop integrated marketing programs, content and positioning, and flawlessly execute them via multi-channel, digital go-to-market efforts. This role requires collaborating with business partners and stakeholders to shape strategy, synthesize inputs, make recommendations, and implement the work forward.

Responsibilities

Design and implement client engagement strategies that foster loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.

Identify key client needs and areas of interest that align with our highest-value offerings.

Develop targeted campaigns and programs that support client education, adoption, and advocacy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and analytics to ensure alignment and impact.

Monitor engagement metrics and client feedback to continuously refine and optimize strategies.

Stay informed on industry trends and client expectations to evolve our engagement approach.
