Industry Technical Consultant I

to join our Global High Tech Division, supporting

waterborne pathogen risk reduction

for the

Data Center

industry. The primary focus of this role will be conducting water safety audits and developing water safety plans with an emphasis on waterborne pathogen risk reduction for utility water systems. Our team of Industry Technical Consultants plays a crucial role in supporting business growth, driving innovation, and transferring knowledge to ensure the success of our programs and clients operation. As an Industry Technical Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for troubleshooting and solving complex clients problems, training technical audiences, recommending operational efficiency improvements for our clients utility systems, and validating new innovative technologies. You will also assist Corporate Account Managers and Sales Reps in making technical related sales calls and presentations at a corporate level. You will research, identify and define market and product application opportunities and assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to capture identified sales opportunities. What You Will Do

Gain understanding of best practices for waterborne pathogen risk reduction in domestic water applications Collaborate with Environmental Hygiene Services group to develop water safety best practices for utility systems in data centers Conduct water system assessments and summarize findings in a technical report Support the presentation of key findings and service reports during customer review meetings Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams to support industry-specific or strategic technical sales opportunities Assist sales representatives and Corporate Account Managers in making industry-specific technical/application related sales calls and presentations in specific product and market applications Lead problem solving efforts by utilizing various root cause analysis methodologies to resolve application or best practice concerns at customer sites Quantify operational savings for efficiency improvement projects Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on Innovation projects, from ideation to launch, by completing Phase Gate milestones such as refining value propositions, defining operational savings, creating technical documentation, and educating internal and external stakeholders Lead innovation pilot applications, technical trials and market trials when applicable Create, manage, and sustain comprehensive knowledge resources tailored for both associates and customers Facilitate training for associates and customers, sharing your specialized knowledge to foster skill development and proficiency Coach individuals in the organization on processes, applications, technologies, and value documentation Position Details

This position is remote and will primarily support

data centers

in North America and international locations as needed Consult and develop solutions for the Data Center industry Up to 50% overnight travel required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc) 7+ years of successful technical implementation, production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support experience Familiar with risk evaluation and risk reduction strategies for waterborne pathogens in domestic or utility water systems Strong technical knowledge of facilities operations in a data center or other highly technical field such as semiconductors or pharmaceuticals Problem solving mindset and approach, utilizing root cause analysis methodologies Strong communication and presentation skills for this customer facing role Proficiency in Microsoft Office utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Must have a valid Drivers License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record No immigration sponsorship offered for this role Preferred Qualifications

The total compensation range for this position is $131,700-$197,500 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws. Benefits
