Audit/Assurance Senior Manager Location:
Torrance, CA - (Hybrid) We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Audit/Assurance Senior Manager
to lead audit and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at our Torrance office location. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, a passion for client service, and the ability to manage multiple engagements efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and managers, providing coaching and feedback to support their professional growth. Collaborate with partners to drive business development efforts, contributing to the growth of the assurance practice. Monitor emerging industry trends and updates to accounting and auditing standards, ensuring the firm's services remain compliant and innovative. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA license required 8+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audits and assurance services. Previous experience managing multiple engagements and leading audit teams. Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant standards. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in audit software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Compensation & Benefits
