Our team is known for aggressive advocacy, personalized client service, and a strong courtroom presence. We handle a high volume of cases and pride ourselves on delivering favorable outcomes for our clients. Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Traffic Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have trial experience and a strong understanding of Illinois traffic laws, including DUIs, license suspensions, and moving violations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in court and enjoys direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in traffic court, administrative hearings, and criminal proceedings related to traffic offenses. Handle cases involving DUIs, reckless driving, speeding, license reinstatement, and other violations. Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare for trial. Negotiate plea deals and settlements with prosecutors. Maintain detailed case files and meet court deadlines. Provide clear and compassionate communication to clients throughout the legal process. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Illinois. 2–5 years of experience handling traffic or criminal defense cases. Proven trial experience and courtroom confidence. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
