Overview

Senior User Interface Designer role at Synectics Inc. The candidate will split their time between two teams. The primary team is BSSe, a new back-end billing system that affects the front end across the entire website (Sales, Service, & Support). The secondary team is directly managed by the hiring manager and focuses on Account Management, Order Management, & Support. Responsibilities

Split time between two teams: primary BSSe back-end billing system (affects front end across the website) and secondary team focusing on Account Management, Order Management, & Support. Hunt through existing Figma files, collaborate with 15-20 UX designers, determine what needs to be adjusted, and deliver the updated component designs to the dedicated Scrum team(s). Qualifications

Associate Degree Advanced wireframing, prototyping and visual design skills Advanced layout/interaction design skills with expert understanding of visual design principles (proportion, hierarchy, balance, space, contrast) Strong understanding of mental models, user-centric product design methods and UX best practices Proficient in reviewing research, data and analytics to build a strong design POV to push innovative ideas forward Expert experience with industry design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, etc. Online Portfolio Benefits

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
