The Assistant Director of Athletic Facilities and Event Management helps organize and support event management efforts for the Athletics Department. Serves as the primary contact for all internal and external agencies/groups and will develop, conduct, and execute SEC and NCAA Championships hosted by the University of Alabama Athletics Department at assigned facilities/sports. Provides guidance, trains, and helps supervise event staff and student employees. Manages designated athletics facilities overseeing event operations, maintenance, and facility readiness to support events. Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree and two (2) years of experience in event planning, coordination or management; OR master\'s degree and some experience in event planning, coordination or management. Background & EEOC
