Experience : 8 + years Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid (Locals Required) Mandatory Requirement: Min 3+ years of Retail Experience in USA Key Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and best practices. Guide backlog refinement, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with business goals. Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers to ensure uninterrupted delivery flow. Coordinate cross-team and cross-functional initiatives, aligning deliverables with program milestones. Maintain transparent communication of status, risks, and progress using velocity charts, burn-downs, and RAID logs. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage scope, and ensure alignment between business and technical goals. Promote effective use of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related systems. Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, consent, cookie compliance). Support localization and multi-regional deployment efforts. Provide servant leadership that inspires collaboration, trust, and accountability across global, distributed teams. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments. Proven experience managing large-scale technical programs in fast-paced, global organizations. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing/CRM platforms. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Technical background with an understanding of software development, integration, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, OneTrust, BigID. Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
