6 IMCU
is a 32-bed mixed medical unit providing care for adult patients requiring intermediate level of care, continuous telemetry monitoring, and complex medical management. The unit serves a diverse patient population, bridging the gap between critical care and general med/surg, with an emphasis on progressive mobility, early discharge planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration. As the Nurse Manager of 6 IMCU, you will: Lead daily operations of the unit, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and teamwork aligned with HRO principlesemphasizing preoccupation with failure, sensitivity to operations, deference to expertise, and resilience.
Engage in data-driven performance improvement to advance quality, patient experience, and staff engagement outcomes.
Develop and coach a highly skilled nursing team through clear expectations, meaningful recognition, and professional growth.
Partner across disciplines to ensure optimal patient throughput and outcomes.
Drive operational and financial performance aligned with hospital priorities.
