Overview

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for shaping and executing growth initiatives and projects with strategic global accounts, specifically in the stablecoin and crypto space. This includes understanding Visa and partner capabilities, needs, and goals and driving outcomes such as deal execution, new product or market launches, solutioning and pilots, growing existing business lines, or other strategic priorities. The role requires strong product solutioning, strategy, and/or business development experience, cross-functional collaboration, client relationship building, and influence to execute toward outcomes. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Essential Functions

Account Management

Lead the account strategy, relationship management, and sales plan for key global accounts, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to maintain focus and forward momentum on top priorities. Identify and pursue partnership growth opportunities that provide step-function value, distribution channels, or new capabilities for Visa. Align cross-functional teams on key initiatives, including representation from Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Market Research, and Technology. Provide reporting, insights, and enable Visa leadership to support the account. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner implementations and existing business lines grow and meet mutual expectations. Manage day-to-day client operations in partnership with shared client success resources. Product Solutioning

Support and manage discovery, ideation, and product solutioning with partners, collaborating with internal stakeholders including product owners and sales specialists. Drive opportunities to closure with legal, finance, and product counterparts; oversee product implementation and maintain a feedback loop for enhancements. Focus sales, go-to-market, and solutioning in growth areas of crypto and stablecoin solutions and non-card payments and money movement. Qualifications and responsibilities may require collaboration across teams and partners in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in a way that supports Visa's business needs. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD. Related experience in product or business development, or industry experience in payments, crypto, and/or financial services. Proven record of creative product solutioning with complex product sets, driving client ideation and innovation. Demonstrated track record of planning, managing, and closing a complex, competitive sales effort and managing deals from negotiation to delivery. Experience implementing strategic initiatives, policies, and operational decisions. Strategic thinking, analytical/problem-solving, and thought leadership; teamwork and relationship-building; ability to lead by influence. Ability to partner, communicate, and navigate across functions and organizational groups; experience in managing up and delivering executive-level communications and presentations. Ability to work in a complex, ambiguous environment and influence partners, senior management, and other stakeholders; strong written and oral communication; executive presence. Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible; ability to influence within a matrixed environment. Additional Information

U.S. applicants: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary varies based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
