Bluebell Road Health Plaza
. This is an excellent Outpatient opportunity to practice in a modern, multi-specialty clinic with a strong reputation for quality care and innovation. Opportunity Highlights Join team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs Outpatient-only, full-spectrum family medicine Call: 1:8 - phone only, with nurse triage, no hospital call Flexible scheduling options for work-life balance Single practice location, Mon.-Fri. 8:30 am - 5 pm Opportunities to participate in quality improvement & clinic leadership Newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility Work alongside urgent care, lab, & imaging services Be part of a team piloting new telehealth & digital health initiatives H1b applicants welcomed Compensation & Benefits 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year plus production incentives & longevity bonuses $150,000 Bonus Package Moving allowance up to $15,000 Employer paid Malpractice and Tail coverage Health insurance is a shared premium with 3 plan options 2 Dental and 2 Vision plans to choose from with employer shared premium Employer paid Short Term Disability with option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost 2 retirement plan options (403B & 457B) CME Allowance Non-profit organization which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Generous time off Benefits eligible day ONE Candidates BC/ BE Must be board certified within three years of becoming eligible EOE/drug screen required About the Community Located in the heart of the Midwest, the
