What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the technical expert for Security Operations, configuring ServiceNow products based on best practices - Support process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during customer workshops - Advise customers on maximizing the ServiceNow Security Operation Solutions capabilities - Lead design workshops and assist in preparing documentation for technical aspects of the solution - Develop integration and portal components while ensuring quality in customer-facing deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications): - Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification - Minimum of 2 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies - Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a Security Operation environment - Experience with Web Technologies (JSON, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO) - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations (e.g., CIS-SIR, CIS-VR, CIS-CSM) - Proven experience working with SaaS technologies - Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in solving business process and technical problems
