Overview
Director of Business Operations at Kiddom. This role will be a key strategic and operational leader at Kiddom, driving alignment between company strategy and execution while ensuring core operations scale effectively. You’ll work cross-functionally with executive leadership and functional heads, owning high-priority initiatives, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Solve and Drive Cross-Functional Execution on Strategic Priorities: Margin improvements; New product launches; Revenue acceleration; Customer success initiatives Define and Implement Process Improvements to Enable Scale: Order-to-cash workflows; Data infrastructure and reporting; Contractor and vendor management; Cross-team project management Own and Optimize Core Operational Processes: Curriculum contractor hiring and oversight; Professional learning operations; Product and services catalog (MPL); Special initiatives What We’re Looking For
8+ years in business operations, strategy, or related roles Proven success solving mission-critical problems, scaling processes, and driving cross-functional execution Strong analytical, financial, and systems orientation Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills Comfort with ambiguity; ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution Bonus: Experience in EdTech, SaaS, curriculum operations, or K–12 markets What we offer
