$135,000 - $170,000 Superior is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects, scheduling resources, ensuring that budgets and timelines are met, and working closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure successful progress and completion of the project. Note:
This role is based on a jobsite in the greater Atlanta area.
Key Responsibilities
Lead our project team(s) and provide clear communication and guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and executives
Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns — and solutions — quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
Maintain and grow the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
Oversee all project finance requirements and lead the team through accurate billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete
Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout
Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
Coordinate with departments across the organization to ensure materials are available when needed
Own the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed
Maintain a high degree of safety on the jobsite

Your Expertise
Required: At least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Bonus: Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or related degree
Bonus: Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+
Bonus: Extensive knowledge of construction management software
Bonus: Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
