Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a seasoned
Senior Marketing Manager, Media & E-Commerce
for our client, a worldwide pioneer in the sexual wellness industry offering a diverse portfolio of condoms, lubricants, devices, and related products available in more than 60 countries. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, North America, this position will drive growth and expand the reach of their leading brands across the North American market in support of their mission to challenge traditional norms, inspire authentic connection, and celebrate shared intimacy. This full-time, hybrid role is based in New York City, New York.
Responsibilities
Consumer Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that guide the consumer journey from awareness through conversion. Leverage expertise in integrated marketing, digital channels, and consumer insights to design campaigns that generate measurable impact. Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure messaging consistency across social, e-commerce, retail, traditional, and digital platforms.
Media Strategy & Execution: Oversee planning and deployment of media across owned, earned, and paid channels, with an emphasis on digital and social platforms. Manage budgets and design strategies spanning upper-funnel brand awareness, mid-funnel engagement, and bottom-funnel performance marketing.
Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, audience-centered content tailored to the nuances of each platform.
E-Commerce (Amazon & Retailer.com): Optimize product detail pages with compelling copy, visuals, and enhanced brand content to maximize conversion. Build and manage targeted marketing programs and media buys, continuously refining based on real-time analytics. Translate performance learnings from Amazon into best practices for broader e-commerce initiatives.
Owned Digital Channels (Website & Social): Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to generate content, strengthen user experience, and enhance engagement. Manage third-party vendors for site development, digital projects, ongoing maintenance, and functionality improvements.
Agency Leadership: Direct and collaborate with agency partners across digital, social, e-commerce, creative, and influencer/PR disciplines to deliver results.
Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and ROI across the full funnel, including digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, with a background spanning both in-house corporate roles and agency environments.
Skilled in overseeing integrated media campaigns across multiple channels, with depth in digital, social, and Amazon marketing.
Strong track record of building brand visibility and driving conversation through creative content, strategic partnerships, influencer programs, and experiential activations.
Demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling messaging with advanced writing, editing, and communication capabilities.
Adept in Microsoft Office, e-commerce platforms, Amazon Vendor tools, ad platforms, and performance reporting systems such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, BlackBird, Acorn-i, and Criteo.
Compensation and Benefits In addition to a competitive salary in the range of $175,000, this position offers medical, dental, vision; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA); Short-term (STD) and Long-term Disability (LTD); 401(k) and Retirement & Savings Plan (RSP); Commuter Benefits, and 16 observed company holidays.
