We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to learn the healthcare real estate business from the ground up. This is a commission-based role with full training and licensing support; no prior real estate experience is required. Location & Compensation

$1,500/month stipend during ramp-up (first year) + commission-based earnings; first-year target $100,000+; strong performers can exceed $500,000 by year three About the Company

We are seeking a motivated and coachable Sales Associate who will learn the healthcare real estate business from the ground up. This role is commission-based and best suited for someone who is confident in their sales ability, thrives in high-performance environments, and is looking for an opportunity with no income ceiling. Responsibilities
Develop expertise in healthcare real estate through hands-on training and mentorship Lead prospecting and outreach via LinkedIn, social media, in-person networking, and direct outreach Build and manage relationships with doctors, practice managers, and other healthcare decision-makers Support marketing and client acquisition activities Obtain a real estate license (company covers training and licensing costs) Use platforms such as CoStar and Scout Space to support lead generation and deal management Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in sales (phone, car, door-to-door, or similar high-touch roles) Highly self-motivated, competitive, and coachable Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Open to a commission-driven role with high earning potential Based in or willing to relocate to the DC/MD/VA region No real estate experience required, but a strong willingness to learn quickly Compensation & Growth
