Requirements: Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field, and 8 years of experience in position offered or related occupation in semiconductor industry. Alternately, employer will accept a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field, and 5 years of experience in position offered or related occupation in semiconductor industry. Requires education or experience in: 1. Understanding of measurement techniques used to characterize physical and electrical properties of materials, including AFM, SEM, TEM, XRR, XRD, and Ellipsometry; 2. Understanding of GDS, circuit design, mask layout and electrical test of semiconductor devices at device and wafer scale; 3. Semiconductor and packaging fabrication and process environments; and 4. Understanding of the relationships between device design, material physics and functional characterization.
Salary: $147,638 - $191,929 / year
