Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Staffing Sales/New Business Development Manager to drive new business development in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and a passion for building lasting client relationships, will be backed by team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base in the staffing industry.
Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and secure new contracts with clients requiring staffing solutions.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through existing contacts, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Negotiate and close contingent and direct hire deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to deliver tailored staffing solutions to clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive and relevant.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPI benchmarks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
Demonstrated ability to identify, target, and close new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and resilient with a hunter mindset.
