Overview Gallagher has an industry leading internship and early career program. Our intern program has over 55 years of history and tremendous leadership involvement. Here\'s your chance to lead and facilitate all university relations activity in the Western and Southern US (currently hybrid, to be based in Glendale, CA, Walnut Creek, CA or Houston, TX).

Reporting to the Early Talent Relationship Manager Lead, the

Early Talent Relationship Manager

will partner and collaborate with AJG\'s cross-divisional teams to deliver our National Summer Internship Program and entry-level sales development Gallagher Career Associate Program. You\'ll partner with regional business leaders to establish regional early talent pipeline strategies. You will also execute recruitment and sourcing strategies and deliver internship and development programs.

How You\'ll Make An Impact Responsibilities:

Build regional support, establish cross-divisional rapport, and align divisional partners on program outcomes

Engage regional leaders in program sponsorship, early talent pipeline strategy, and branch accountability

Lead regional campus and sourcing strategies to develop recruitment activity plan; Support execution as necessary

Manage regional candidate pool; Facilitate candidate review and evaluation; Manage offer process and evaluate progress

Identify trends and evaluate program feedback; Report on successes and opportunities; Leverage data for program refinement

Support the regional tracking and reporting of participant success over time; Leverage data to determine program impact and ROI

Facilitate team collaboration to build local intern program plans; Deliver national intern program and professional development; Enhance and improve intern experience

Support early career development program delivery; Engage regional leaders for coaching and development programs; Support early talent career coaching where appropriate

About You Required:

Requires advanced technical knowledge function typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have practical knowledge of project management.

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Highly Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in related field required

Able to travel up to 30% within the Western and Southern US

Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in recruiting, organization development and/or HR Business Partner roles.

Preferred 2 years of University Recruiting experience with direct exposure to internship programs

Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to effectively communicate with different individuals and audiences from Senior Executives, External Speakers and Partners to program participants.

Demonstrated experience as project coordinator for medium to large complex projects; Planning, prioritizing and organizing his/ her own work and that of others within the team

Ability to multitask and have solid attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel

A strong passion for developing an early talent career pipeline

Financial/Insurance industry experience a plus

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
