Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational planning for all Therapy Services, including staffing and directing personnel. Oversee therapy services and coordinate risk management in collaboration with other executive-level functions. Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Hospital Services to ensure seamless provision of quality care, staff orientation, and maintenance of staff competency. Qualifications and Attributes

Minimum seven years of management experience in a clinical setting. Strong clinical background with excellent administrative skills. Engaging, visible leadership; proactive, operationally focused, and results-oriented; able to work with physicians and hospital leaders. How to Apply
