Demonstrate an engaging, outgoing, stylish, and helpful presence on the sales floor. Communicate in a genuine and articulate way to build rapport and translate interactions into sales Maintain store presentation and sales floor to support a positive customer experience Support asset protection and shrink management Adhere to company policies and procedures Participate in training and development opportunities Qualifications
