Role:
Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a focus on AI-driven tools and workflows to accelerate program delivery. You will partner with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute complex, high-impact programs. Location:
Downtown San Francisco — hybrid, 2 days/week in office Compensation Range:
$142,000 - $212,000 per year Final compensation is based on a range of factors including skills and experience. What you’ll be doing
Drive engineering execution by enabling clear prioritization and efficient delivery. Use AI-powered tools for scheduling, risk prediction, requirements analysis, documentation, and more to streamline program management. Manage competing priorities and dependencies across teams. Implement and improve processes that leverage automation and AI insights to enhance operational efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, balance trade-offs, and bring structure to ambiguous situations. Monitor program health through metrics, anticipate risks, and manage escalations. Ensure teams remain aligned to timelines, requirements, and business objectives. What we’re looking for
A technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related). 5–6 years of experience
working directly with engineering teams as a TPM. Proven experience
leveraging AI/ML tools in program management
(e.g., for project planning, predictive analysis, automated reporting, resource planning). Experience driving program execution across cross-functional teams. Strong working knowledge of agile or other project/program management methodologies. Proficiency with Agile/PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, Smartsheet—and AI-enabled PM platforms (e.g., Notion AI, Jira AI, Monday.com AI, or equivalent). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present status, risks, and recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across teams. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, including rapidly evolving AI-driven capabilities. Experience integrating AI into program workflows (e.g., automating reporting, surfacing risks, predicting timelines). Passion for building technology that delivers outstanding customer experiences.
