Senior Manager, Foundry Sales Account Manager and Business Development at Samsung Semiconductor. What You’ll Do

Develop, acquire and grow new accounts for Samsung Foundry; lead account management from first contact to final onboarding. Lead contract negotiations after account conversion and manage sales operations. Articulate Samsung’s strengths in semiconductor process or design technology to craft solutions based on customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Process or Design) on RFQs and design awards. Support customers from initial design concept through high-volume manufacturing with transparency and high-quality execution. What You Bring

Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering with 15+ years related experience; or Master’s in Business or Engineering with 13+ years; or PhD with 10+ years. MBA with Engineering degree is a plus. Experience in the semiconductor industry, especially in Foundry and customer-facing roles; understanding of advanced node technology and IP ecosystem. Proven track record in semiconductor marketing/sales/business development; ability to close complex deals; independent, self-motivated with strong drive to win; strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams. Relationship management with a wide network and experience engaging Executives; inclusive, adaptable to diverse global norms; curious, data-driven, collaborative, and innovative. What We Offer

Base pay range: $167,090—$266,910 USD. Includes incentive opportunities tied to individual and company performance.
