Join us to be part of a transformative journey that can shape the industry's future. What You Will Do Lead M&A due diligence for Information Technology and Information Security. Due diligence should cover, technical, financial, operational, and strategic aspects of IT used by potential acquiree. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, synergies, and integration opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Develop and implement project plans for M&A integration, overseeing the seamless assimilation of acquired entities into the existing business framework. Plan and drive retirement of vendor platforms with an objective towards simplification and cost reduction. Manage and coordinate communication between various stakeholders. Conduct post-merger reviews to evaluate the success of integration efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement. Proactively address challenges and roadblocks during the integration phase, working towards timely and effective resolutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the M&A process. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in M&A to inform decision-making and enhance the company's M&A strategy. What You Will Need To Have Proven experience in managing M&A due diligence and integration processes, with a focus on successful project delivery. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of M&A legal and regulatory considerations. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Finance 10 years experience in Wealth Management Industry Compensation The salary range for this role is $113,000 - $148,000 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
