The successful candidate will be the lead content strategist, responsible for identifying and producing dynamic stories and content that enhance brand messaging across various platforms, including digital initiatives, social media, and special events. This role requires an individual with exceptional strategic and creative sensibilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in directing content operations from concept to completion. The Executive Director will also be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with UCM leadership to ensure that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7-10 years' experience in marketing communications, with a focus on multi-channel, multi-media campaigns. The role demands a leader with extensive project management skills, the ability to manage a high-performing editorial and multi-media content team, and a deep understanding of social media and digital platforms.
