You champion data-driven decisions, operational excellence, and collaborative execution in a dynamic SaaS environment, and your leadership embraces AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Your impact will be shaped by your ability to operationalize cutting-edge account-based experience (ABX) approaches—leveraging platforms like 6Sense and advanced AI workflows—to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. You will work with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to build processes and technology that support company-wide priorities, focusing on scalable systems, automation, and innovative practices that fuel sustainable success. Responsibilities

Shape and Drive an Innovative Marketing Operations Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing and SDR leadership to define and execute a roadmap that leverages ABX principles and AI-powered capabilities, continually seeking ways to automate and improve processes for demand generation and pipeline growth. Advance Technology, Data, and AI Integration: Lead the selection, integration, and optimization of marketing automation, CRM, ABX platforms (including 6Sense), analytics, and prospect engagement tools; promote adoption of AI workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making. Operationalize Data-Driven and AI-Enhanced Insights: Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPI cadences (including Pipeline Council), using AI-driven analytics to measure and improve campaign performance—especially ABX and demand gen programs. Elevate Lead Management with Intelligent Automation: Build automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, enrichment, and routing; ensure ABX-qualified accounts and leads are prioritized efficiently with AI support. Champion Data Quality, Governance, and Scalable Systems: Design automated data standards and processes across marketing systems, leveraging AI for data enrichment, cleansing, and predictive modeling to support ABX outreach. Strengthen Cross-Functional and AI-Enabled Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align operations and technology with go-to-market strategies, using intelligent automation and data-driven insights to maximize impact. Standardize, Document, and Scale Best Practices: Evolve workflows and standards to enable scalable, efficient marketing and demand generation as ABX and AI initiatives expand. Build and Mentor a High-Performing, Innovation-Driven Team: Foster collaboration, experimentation, and accountability, developing talent skilled in AI, ABX, and related technologies to meet revenue targets. Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within high-growth SaaS or B2B technology environments. Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), prospect engagement (e.g., Outreach), and ABX (e.g., 6Sense) platforms, including direct use of AI-driven tools for campaigns, analytics, and process optimization. Proven ability to lead innovative, scalable ABX programs using data, technology, intelligent automation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pipeline and revenue results. Analytical rigor with ability to translate multi-source data into clear, actionable strategies for marketing, ABX, and demand generation outcomes. Expertise in lead management, scoring, enrichment, and attribution modeling, leveraging automation and AI to drive broad and account-based campaigns. Strong partnership skills across Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation to drive integrated pipeline growth and scalable impact.
