Quorum’s globally distributed development team spans the US, Brazil, and Moldova, with over 100 professionals across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and InfoSec. We operate in autonomous, cross-functional squads of 4–8 engineers—owning the full development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment, support, and data operations. Our platform is built as a unified system on a shared codebase, focused on centralized, scalable solutions that support multiple products and features. We follow an outcome-oriented approach with OKRs and roadmaps, refining the backlog with Product and Design, and validating ideas through prototypes, spikes, and demos. We follow a Kanban workflow with trunk-based development, limit work-in-progress, and maintain velocity. Our DevOps pipelines run on AWS and Kubernetes, supporting 3+ production deployments per day. We use feature flags for safe rollouts and rely on automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure quality and stability. As an AI-forward engineering organization, we integrate tools like Augment Code (or GitHub Copilot) into daily workflows for coding, documentation, test generation, architecture, and debugging. AI powers core parts of our platform, including Quorum Copilot and automated data collection pipelines. We rely on a modern toolset: GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack for collaboration and development. Security and quality are embedded across teams; we work with InfoSec and DevOps to maintain a strong security posture and meet SLOs. We believe software development is a team sport and invest in each other’s growth, valuing strong relationships and high-performing teams that build exceptional products. We are an AI-forward team with remote-first options: work remotely, or come into our Belo Horizonte office if you prefer. Benefits include: holidays in Brazil plus company-wide days off, Calm App subscription, LinkedIn Learning, Invest in Yourself Days, monthly work-from-home stipend, virtual and in-person team events, mental health stipend, in-company English classes, Inclusion & Diversity Affinity Groups, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave. This is a CLT opportunity
