Data Visualization Engineer (Enterprise, Business Intelligence team). This role designs and develops user-centric dashboards and reporting interfaces that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX principles, data visualization best practices, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive BI reporting visuals. Design and implement user-friendly dashboards and reports that align with UX best practices and accessibility standards. Optimize layout, navigation, and interactivity of BI tools to enhance user engagement and data comprehension. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve reporting interfaces. Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and user experience across all BI platforms. Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of reporting solutions. Stay current with UX trends, BI technologies, and data visualization techniques including the use of AI-forward technologies. Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise-level hands-on experience in UX design and development of BI data analytics. Build and maintain reusable Power BI themes to ensure visual consistency and branding across all reports and dashboards. Strong attention to detail that translates to clear and concise insights and visual interpretations. Proven track record of driving and delivering business value from dashboards and reports within corporate environments serving internal customers. In-depth expertise of Data Protection, Privacy and Security. BS in a relevant field such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with D3.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript required to build custom Power BI visuals and embedded dashboards. Expertise with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Why Choose Protegrity
