About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role is pivotal in ensuring that large-scale commercial projectsvalued at $20M and aboveare completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage all phases of project execution, with a strong focus on HVAC and plumbing systems. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent field experience will also be considered.
5+ years of project management experience in commercial mechanical construction, specifically with HVAC and plumbing systems.
Proven track record managing large commercial projects ($20M+).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in construction software and documentation.
BIM experience is a plus.
