Data Entry Clerk

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily operations by accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining records in company databases. The role includes basic document review and inspection to ensure data quality and completeness. Responsibilities

Enter high volumes of data into company database and ERP systems with speed and accuracy Review source documents and reports for completeness and correctness Identify and correct data inconsistencies and update records as needed Maintain logs of work and follow standard operating procedures Scan, file, and organize documents for easy retrieval Handle confidential information appropriately Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets Qualifications

1 or more years of data entry or administrative experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Comfortable learning new software and database systems Basic typing skills with high accuracy Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent required Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Work Environment

Onsite office setting.
