Warehouse Worker
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our highly automated distribution team. In this hands-on role, you'll contribute to the performance and efficiency of our warehouse operations while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery standards. You'll play a key role in supporting our TPM-based environment and working within a High Performing Team (HPT) model. Responsibilities include: Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to 6S standards and participating in safety observations and training Picking, transporting, and loading customer orders while meeting KDP and customer specifications Operating powered industrial trucks (PITs) and other automated warehouse equipment efficiently and safely Monitoring schedules and coordinating with operations to ensure timely delivery Supporting warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and raw material handling Troubleshooting and resolving warehousing issues to maintain peak performance Executing standard work for Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment Participating in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities Collaborating with maintenance and cross-functional teams on process improvements Engaging in team performance meetings and helping identify trends or areas for improvement Demonstrating effective teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment Total rewards: Starting pay: $22.72 per hour.
