We are seeking a detail-oriented
Inventory Specialist
to join our dispensary team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate tracking of cannabis products, managing stock levels, and supporting a smooth retail operation. If you have strong organizational skills and an eye for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Track and log incoming and outgoing cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
Use barcode scanners and labeling systems to maintain accurate product identification.
Work closely with management to forecast product needs and prevent shortages.
Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant storage area.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of inventory experience
(retail, warehouse, or dispensary ).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to operate inventory software, barcode scanners, and labeling tools.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Must meet state requirements to work in a licensed marijuana dispensary (including background check, if applicable).
