Job Title

Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision + Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for the website aligned with business goals. + Maintain a competitive understanding of emerging digital trends, advanced technologies industry and web best practices, and competitor activities to inform innovative strategies that position our platform at the forefront of the market. + Engage stakeholders to communicate the product vision and secure ongoing strategic investment for the continuous advancement of the website. User Experience & Research + Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behavior and pain points. + Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to ensure strategic alignment between the website vision and overarching business objectives. Maintain a proactive awareness of industry developments and evolving organizational priorities to inform ongoing product direction. + Translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements. + Utilize existing enterprise marketing technologies to strategically enhance the user experience and strengthen the platforms reputation. Cross-Functional Leadership + Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle-from ideation to launch and iteration. + Facilitate collaboration between design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams. Performance & Optimization + Define KPI's and use analytic tools to monitor performance. + Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, personalization, and SEO and AI best practices. Stakeholder Management + Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders. + Manage expectations and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and user value. Qualifications: + 6-10 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on web platforms. + Proven success in leading website redesigns, e-commerce platforms, or content-rich digital experiences. + Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms), and agile methodologies. + Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. + Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Medallia DXA, or similar. + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Preferred Skills: + Experience with Adobe products (AEM, Target) + Familiarity with accessibility standards, SEO and performance optimization. + Background in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus.
