Data Analytics Developer
CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analytics Developer within our Intel sector, advancing the national security mission through cutting-edge technology. We are seeking individuals with a passion for keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology advancements and leveraging their knowledge on a highly collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities. The Data Analytics Developer designs, develops, and maintains systems for analyzing data, identifying trends, and creating data-driven solutions. They are responsible for developing algorithms and models to automate data analysis tasks, as well as designing and implementing data pipelines for data integration and reporting. This position is located in USA VA Arlington, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Key responsibilities include: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and patterns. Develop and test data models to support data analysis. Design, develop, and maintain data analysis systems and pipelines. Ensure data quality, implement ETL processes, and manage data collection. Work with stakeholders to define data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven solutions. Create reports and visualizations to communicate insights and inform decision-making. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience. Able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly, active TS/SCI with Poly highly desired. Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL), experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes. Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues and troubleshoot system errors. Understanding of the specific business domain and its data requirements. Compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500.00 - $247,100.00.
