We're hiring an
AI Automation Engineer
to build systems that use
GPT-4 and other AI tools to automate human workflows at scale . You'll work directly with operators and leadership to turn repetitive tasks into scalable, intelligent automations.
You'll live in the intersection of:
Python / JavaScript scripting n8n / workflow orchestration GPT prompt engineering Business process optimization This is not a "research" role. It's about
building working systems that save time, reduce cost, and increase throughput.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain
end-to-end automations
powered by LLMs and connected to real ops systems (e.g. CRMs, SQL DB's, VOIP, internal APIs) Create and iterate on
GPT-4 prompts
that drive classification, summarization, and workflow routing Collaborate with operations leaders to
translate problems into automation specs Use
n8n, Python , or
JavaScript
to deploy modular, observable workflows Monitor and debug pipelines to ensure
reliability, accuracy, and speed Own your automations - from idea to deployment to iteration Requirements
Proficient in
JavaScript and/or Python
(comfortable writing custom scripts) Beginner-level
SQL
skills for querying and data validation Experience working with
OpenAI or similar LLM APIs Working knowledge of
prompt engineering
and structured outputs Familiarity with automation platforms like
n8n, Zapier , or custom logic orchestrators Ability to think independently, move fast, and own your results Bonus Points For
Experience in sales, ops, or call center automation Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or grounding techniques Writing clear, testable, and modular code with logging and fallback logic Compensation & Benefits
