Cook Position
The Cook role is an intermediate cook position, the ideal candidate will possess intermediate culinary knowledge, proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task. Comply with health and hygiene preparation standards, possess an understanding of dietary requirements and the ability to follow policies and procedures relating to allergens. Complete requisition sheets and communicate necessary kitchen maintenance items through appropriate channels. Control timing of tickets at respective station in the kitchen. Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in a high volume restaurant. They will enjoy supporting the management team in ensuring the quality of food and creating new dishes. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food exploration and have a genuine desire to impress their guest. Some additional qualifications for the role; flexible schedule, and ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays. $26.23 per hour Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.
