Your Challenges: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP). Solution Design: Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices. Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps. Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA issues and errors. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4HANA. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP S/4HANA processes and configurations. Training: Provide training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality. Communication: Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Your Boarding Pass: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Required minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP with 2 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) with a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring and using SAP Fiori apps. Skills: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM). Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data migration and data analysis. Team working mindset is a must. We need someone who can work with anyone and everyone, and enjoys being a part of a multi-national team. Physical Requirements: Onsite or remote: 100 % Onsite Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings. Daily Hearing: able to hear to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms. Daily Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications. Daily Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. Daily Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer. Daily Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving. Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor. Daily Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site N/A Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
