Base pay range: $17.27/yr - $19.00/yr This range is provided by American Eagle Outfitters Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. (Whats the AEO Selling Model? We'll teach you everything you need to know!) You're passionate about AE & Aerie products; educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. You share the brand love; introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can hang; flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. You're an innovative problem solver; resolve guest concerns proactively while sticking to company policy. You're a team player; support your team to get the job done. You act with integrity; adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
Qualifications
You love interacting with people! You're energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. You're at least 16 years old.
