Overview
Senior Developer, Enterprise Software - Onsite at Danaher Life Sciences (Beckman Coulter Diagnostics). This position is part of the Employee Product and Quality Experiences team and is onsite in Chaska, MN, Brea, CA, or Miami, FL. We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, test, implement, and support our Document Management and PLM software solutions with a strong focus on Java development. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and to contribute to improvements in laboratory science and healthcare delivery. Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement Global Enterprise Document Management and PLM software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those requirements. Develop detailed software design documents and user manuals. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve software issues. Participate in code reviews and software testing to ensure high-quality software development and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to Document Management and PLM software development. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience. Strong experience in developing software applications using Java, J2EE, and Oracle database technologies. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Documentum (Document Management) and Windchill or Oracle PLM software architecture, design, and development is preferable but not required. Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, experience in writing and optimizing Docker files, and familiarity with version control systems (ex. Git). Working experience in Java Spring Boot Framework. Salary, Benefits & Employment Type
Salary range: $105K-$135K. This range may be modified in the future. This position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
