Job Description
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion. Your role includes developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Monitor job progress, quality control, and crew performance.
- Handle all project documentation including estimates, change orders, and job costing.
- Resolve issues and delays promptly to keep projects on track.
- Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure client satisfaction.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes including water, fire, and mold.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with estimating software is a plus.
- IICRC certifications preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
