We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP Project Manager for our Healthcare Construction projects. This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading construction company, where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. This role is critical in overseeing the successful delivery of commercial healthcare construction projects while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for healthcare construction projects.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
3. Oversee the preparation and modification of drawings, specifications, and documents to meet project requirements.
4. Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
8. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
9. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing MEP services in commercial healthcare construction projects.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects from inception to completion.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome project obstacles and challenges.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
10. Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent would be an added advantage.
